Refund Policy

If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided the gift has not yet been claimed and no recording has begun. No explanation needed.

Once the recipient has recorded an answer — or the episode has been assembled, downloaded, or shared — the service has been substantially delivered: the recording exists, the production has run, and the episode belongs to them. From that point the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

If the gift has been claimed but nothing has been recorded yet, we will still look at it case by case and refund where it is the fair thing to do.

Because claim links never expire, there is no risk of an unclaimed gift going to waste. If the recipient never claims it, the 14-day window is still the refund window; after it, contact us and we will do what is fair.

Personal recordings (US$24.99): full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the finished MP3. Once downloaded the file is yours permanently and the purchase is final. Email support@enduringvoices.com; refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days.

If we fail to produce or deliver an episode you paid for, we refund you in full, whenever that happens. This is not limited to 14 days.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the same processor.

Email support@enduringvoices.com from the address you used to purchase, with the recipient's name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
