Refund Policy

Enduring Voices sells one-time purchases only — the Enduring Voices Gift at $149, and, in future, an Additional Episode at $49. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and nothing to cancel.
Full refund within 14 days — unclaimed gifts
If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided the gift has not yet been claimed and recorded by the recipient. No explanation needed.
After the recipient records
Once the recipient has recorded their answers, the service has been substantially delivered — the recording exists, the production has run, and the episode belongs to them. From that point the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Because claim links never expire, there is no risk of an unclaimed gift going to waste. If the recipient never claims it, the 14-day window is still the refund window; after it, contact us and we will do what is fair.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we fail to produce or deliver an episode you paid for, we refund you in full, whenever that happens. This is not limited to 14 days.
Merchant of Record
When payments go live, Paddle (paddle.com) acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle processes payments, charges applicable taxes, handles billing disputes, and issues refunds on our instruction. Payments are not yet enabled on this service.
How to request a refund
Email support@enduringvoices.com from the address you used to purchase, with the recipient's name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
